Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU或3080 Ti Mobile(用于笔记本电脑,GN20-E8)是2022年初用于笔记本电脑的最快显卡。它基于GA103S安培芯片,提供7,424个着色器和16GB GDDR6显存,拥有256位内存总线。它支持PCIe 4.0,并将有不同的变体(目前已知的是80-175瓦特的TGP)。最大的Boost时钟可以从1125(80W)到1590MHz(150W及以上)不等。

不再有Max-Q变体(以前用于低功率变体),但每个OEM可以选择实施Max-Q技术(动态升压、Whispermode)。

其性能取决于TGP设置和笔记本电脑的冷却。由于更高的核心数,RTX 3080 Ti应该明显比旧的RTX 3080 Mobile更快,因此很适合4K游戏。

GA103S芯片提供7680个FP32 ALU,其中一半还可以执行INT32指令(即3840个INT32 ALU)。通过图灵,所有着色器仍然可以执行FP32或INT32指令。GA103集成了60个光线追踪核和240个张量核(例如,用于DLSS)。二级缓存为4MB。安培芯片还包括一个改进的第五代视频编码器(用于H.264和H.265的NVENC)和一个第七代解码器(用于现在包括AV1的各种格式)。与GA103相比,GA103S只集成了一个256比特的内存总线。

GA103芯片是由三星以8纳米(8N)制造的,这还不能完全跟上台积电的7纳米节点(例如,AMD使用的,也用于专业的GA100安培芯片)。
