Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Laptop GPU(移动版,GN20-E6,Max-P,Max-Q)是一款用于笔记本电脑的移动显卡,是RTX 3070的更新版。它在2021年初的CES上宣布,基于与旧版RTX 3070 Laptop相同的GA104安培芯片。与旧卡相比,较新的卡提供了15%的着色器,但时钟速度较低。它仍将具有256位内存总线和8GB GDDR6。RTX 3070ti有不同的功率变体,从80瓦的TGP与1035 MHz的Boost时钟到125瓦的模型与1485 MHz的Boost时钟。

不再有Max-Q变体(以前用于低功率变体),但每个OEM可以选择实施Max-Q技术(动态提升,Whispermode)。

其性能取决于TGP设置和笔记本电脑的冷却。平均而言,它应该介于旧的RTX 3070 Mobile和RTX 3080 Mobile之间(在类似的TDP设置下)。因此,该卡最适合于最大细节的QHD游戏(对于像《赛博朋克2077》这样的高要求游戏)。要求不高的游戏,如《农耕模拟器22》或老游戏,也应在4K的最大细节设置下运行。

GA104芯片提供6,144个FP32 ALU,其中一半还可以执行INT32指令(即3,072个INT32 ALU)。然而,RTX 3070 Ti不会使用该芯片上的所有ALU。有了图灵,所有着色器仍然可以执行FP32或INT32指令。据Nvidia称,芯片上的光线追踪和张量核心也得到了改进。RTX 3070 Ti移动系列使用6144个内核中的5888个。安培芯片还包括一个改进的第五代视频编码器(用于H.264和H.265的NVENC)和一个第七代解码器(用于现在包括AV1在内的各种格式)。

GA104芯片由三星以8纳米(8N)制造,这还不能完全跟上台积电的7纳米节点(例如,AMD使用的,也用于专业的GA100安培芯片)。
