AMD Radeon 820M是 Strix Point / Krackan Point APU 中的低功耗集成显卡。它基于当前的 RDNA 3+ 架构,于 2025 年初推出。820M 提供 16 个计算单元(CU,128 个统一着色器)中的 2 个,频率高达 2,800 MHz。与 700M iGPU 一样,800M 系列最多支持 4 台显示器,分辨率最高可达 SUHD 4230p60。

游戏性能应明显低于 Radeon 840M因此只适用于一些要求不高的游戏。

AMD Radeon 820M 集成在 SoC 中,因此也是在台积电采用现代 4 纳米工艺制造的。
