对于一个游戏玩家来说,Neo显得相当朴素。除了键盘之外,没有闪烁的RGB元素,甚至连必须的彩色规格贴纸也在掌托上 "失踪"。哑光的黑色设计在功能上很简单,不显眼,也正是因为这些原因而令人愉悦。即使是专业人士也不必为把Neo放在办公桌上而感到尴尬。不过,前面有一种带格子结构的条状物,也可以让键盘背光照射出来,但不会太碍眼。

初步检查NEO时,一个明显的特征是背面有两个金色的液体冷却管口,由橡胶帽保护。

显示屏的盖子和底板的上端是由金属制成的,而下端是由塑料制成的。底座非常稳定,在受到扭转时不会发出任何破裂或吱吱作响的声音。这也适用于显示盖,但这自然更容易弯曲。铰链也许可以再紧一点,但它们很牢固。

金属表面对指纹和油脂污渍很敏感。建造质量非常好;我们没有发现任何不正常或不均匀的缝隙。

外部液体冷却装置的形式是一个黑色塑料盒。冷却剂或蒸馏水从顶部倒入。两个软管接口在一侧的底部,电源接口在另一侧。这是连接Neo的电源的地方,然后从Oasis的一条短线进入Neo的电源槽作为电源馈线。

将Oasis连接到Neo后,你要给Oasis注入蒸馏水。当两个设备连接后,一些水被泵入Neo的冷却回路,因此必须再次添加一点水。之后,水位应保持恒定,只要你不把水从Neo中放出来,就不需要再加水(例如,为了在没有Oasis的情况下把它作为移动笔记本电脑使用)。因此,如何使用冷却剂是根据您自己的笔记本电脑的使用情况而定的。移动用户经常要放掉冷却剂并重新加水。在固定使用中,Oasis几乎不需要加注,因为冷却剂无处可去。

Neo 15总共有四个USB端口,其中三个是A型,一个是C型,也是一个Thunderbolt端口。后者支持DisplayPort,但不幸的是,由于与iGPU的连接,它不具备VR功能,而且不支持PowerDelivery。在三个USB-A端口中,只有左边的一个能够达到10Gbit/s,右边的两个只有5Gbit/s(USB 3.2 Gen1对应于USB 3.0)。

两个独立的音频端口也是一个不错的功能。但特别之处当然是位于背面的外部液体冷却端口。

安装的英特尔AX201模块在2.4和5GHz范围内提供快速传输率,但还不能使用新的6GHz Wifi 6E网络。在测试中,该设备在寻找我们的参考路由器的5GHz网络时屡屡出现问题,它经常不能出现在可用的Wi-Fi连接列表中。

键盘占据了15英寸底座的整个空间,至少在宽度上是如此。这使得它成为一个成功的正常尺寸的键盘设计,各键之间有良好的间距,右边还有一个小键盘。极为整洁的布局令人欣喜:即使是方向键也有适当的尺寸,一切似乎都在正确的位置。

电源键被设计成键盘上方的一个额外的键,旁边是另一个可以切换性能模式的键。奇怪的是,"结束 "键作为次要功能位于右方向键上,以及它正上方的数字键盘的 "1 "上,所以这两个键是直接在对方上面的。我们花了一些时间才找到键盘照明的按键,其符号很小,在空格键的左上角。

触摸板的尺寸约为11.6 x 7.4厘米,所以它相当大。左上角的白色迷你LED显示它是否被(去)激活。触摸板的表面非常光滑,即使在缓慢的移动过程中也不会造成卡顿。

Schenker依靠的是集成键,这些键要按得很紧,反馈清晰,声音适中,但有时根本无法执行所需的功能。偶尔,连续点击几下都不起作用,但随后通过手指在垫子上敲击一下就起作用了。

Display Response Times

Display response times show how fast the screen is able to change from one color to the next. Slow response times can lead to afterimages and can cause moving objects to appear blurry (ghosting). Gamers of fast-paced 3D titles should pay special attention to fast response times.

Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation)

To dim the screen, some notebooks will simply cycle the backlight on and off in rapid succession - a method called Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . This cycling frequency should ideally be undetectable to the human eye. If said frequency is too low, users with sensitive eyes may experience strain or headaches or even notice the flickering altogether.

In comparison: 53 % of all tested devices do not use PWM to dim the display. If PWM was detected, an average of 17915 (minimum: 5 - maximum: 3846000) Hz was measured.

性能。RTX 3080 Ti和i7-12700H

尼欧15也可使用理论上更快的CPUi9-12900H的组合。 i7-12700HRTX 3080 Ti对于游戏玩家来说也是一个坚实的组合,应该能够流畅地运行所有游戏。如果不是因为色彩空间覆盖率不理想,Neo将是一个有趣的选择,因为它的时尚设计和安静的液体冷却选项,可以用于编辑或内容创作的苛刻任务。

除了CPU之外,用户还可以选择GPU,选择一个 RTX 3070 Ti作为替代。

测试条件

我们的测试比平时更全面,因为我们同时评测两台设备,即一方面是Neo 15,另一方面是带Oasis的Neo 15,这应该会产生不同(更清晰)的基准和排放结果。

我们在XMG控制中心调整了我们的设置。这里你可以选择三种性能模式。平衡模式、热心模式、过度增强模式。为了获得最佳成绩,我们选择了Overboost,但将其保留在默认设置中。然而,RTX 3080 Ti在这里 "只 "得到5W的动态提升。为了获得完整的25W动态提升,你可以在手动设置中把数值设置为最大,我们偶尔会这样做(也为读者指明)。

我们也让XMG Oasis处于正常模式(平衡),但也有两种更安静的模式,在这些模式下,它不太活跃,也不太容易起火。

在Cinebench R15循环中,i7-12700H始终表现在一个非常高的水平。在Aero 16的多线程基准中,它的表现也与i9-12900H相当,比我们数据库中配备该CPU的普通笔记本电脑快5%到10%。在测试运行中,TDP相当稳定,为95W。

如果你在控制中心手动最大化CPU的限制,在Cinebench循环中达到120W,分数甚至更高(最高2815分,而不是2711分)。然而,尽管有液体冷却,Neo的风扇转速比95W性能峰值时高得多。然而,在没有绿洲的情况下,Neo在开始时短暂地达到119W,然后下降到103W,在测试过程中缓和到98W。

在电池模式下,Cinebench R15的多线程性能有所下降。在电池模式下,Cinebench R15的多线程性能有所下降,不再是95瓦,而是只有29瓦,分数也相应地从2700分左右下降到只有1600分。

在游戏中,液体冷却的优势取决于所选择的游戏。在Witcher 3 或《Far Cry 5》中,使用Oasis(标准超增压)没有可衡量的帧数优势,但在《赛博朋克》中却有,其优势至少为8%。但总的来说,这些优势可以忽略不计,因为Neo 15中的RTX 3080 Ti在没有Oasis的情况下仍然有足够的能力在FullHD中实现光线追踪效果(Cyberpunk)。

在所有情况下,使用和不使用Oasis的帧数差异相当小,但有一个模式。例如,如果你在Neo(没有绿洲)中把所有的值都最大化,性能输出也是最大化的。然而,由于强烈的热需求,这很快就会下降,有时甚至低于Neo在标准超增中的帧数。

有趣的是,最大化偏移值并没有带来任何帧数的提高,至少在Witcher 3 。显卡的温度升高了一些,但与没有最大偏移值的标准超频相比,消耗的能量并没有增加。CPU也显示了同样的效果。有可能是控制软件没有正确实现最大化的设置--在当前版本中仍然有一个确认的错误,它阻止了性能值和动态提升的同时激活(至少在视觉上),但最大化应该仍然是激活的。
