AMD Radeon RX Vega 5是笔记本电脑的集成GPU。 用于2020年初上市的Ryzen 34000 APU。 GPU 基于 Vega 体系结构(第五代 GCN),具有 5 个 CU(= 320 着色器),最高 1400 MHz 时钟。 性能取决于已配置的 TDP(启动时为 12~25W)、时钟、冷却和内存配置。 GPU采用高速双通道DDR4-3200 RAM(与DDR4-2133单通道相反,也可使用)。

Vega 体系结构比 Polaris 生成更高级,现在支持 DirectX 12 功能级别 12_1。 有关 Raven Ridge 体系结构的详细信息,请参见本公司的专稿。

性能必须略低于旧 Radeon RX Vega 6(6CU,但时钟速度较低)。 因此,只有FIFA 20或F1 2019等几款现代游戏才能以最低限度的详细设定运行。

采用7纳米工艺和智能节能功能,功耗相对较低(AMD),显卡也可用于超薄、轻巧的笔记本电脑。
