Intel Arc 140T

英特尔 Arc 140T 是一款集成显卡(iGPU),用于英特尔箭湖 H/HX 处理器系列。它基于 Xe+ 架构(而不是较新的 Xe2 架构,例如,后者使用的是 Arc Graphics 140VLunar Lake 中使用的 Arc Graphics 140V)。该显卡有 8 个内核(128 个 CU = 1024 个着色器),采用 XMX 指令以提高 AI 性能,并配备 8 MB 二级缓存。

由于核心数和时钟速度相似,但 TDP 更高,因此性能应该与基于 Xe2 的英特尔 Arc 140V iGPU 相似。我们的基准测试表明,大多数游戏都能在低设置下流畅运行。要求不高的游戏,如《 全面战争:帕哈罗》,也可以在高细节设置下运行。

Arc 140T 集成在 H 和 HX 系列的 CPU 中,但使用自己的芯片组,由台积电公司以 5 纳米 N5P 工艺制造。
