Apple M5 10 核 GPU 是Apple M5 SoC(9 核和 10 核)中的集成显卡,由Apple 开发。它提供 10 个内核,支持 Core ML、Metal Performance Shader 和 Metal 4。新颖之处在于 GPU 中的神经加速器(张量内核)。

Apple 据《计算机工程》杂志称,M5 GPU 的性能比 M4 GPU 高出 30%。 M4 GPU.集成的光线追踪引擎也得到了进一步改进(现在是第三代),据Apple 称,其性能最多可提高 45%。

M5 芯片采用台积电的现代 N3P 工艺制造(3 纳米)。
