Samsung Xclipse 920

三星Xclipse 920 GPU是三星Exynos 2200 SoC中的一个集成显卡,用于基于Android的智能手机和平板电脑。它被引入Galaxy S21系列的一些型号中。该iGPU是第一个使用AMD的架构(RDNA 2,像Ryzen 6000芯片中的Radeon 660M)。目前来自Geekbench ML的信息指出有3个CU(=192个着色器)。

该性能略低于目前手机的高端iGPU,如Adreno 730(Snapdrageon 8 Gen 1)或苹果A15 GPU,但仍足以满足2022年的所有手机游戏。

Xclipse 920是在三星的现代4纳米EUV工艺中生产的(因为它集成在Exynos 2200中)。
