Intel Ultra 7 265H

英特尔酷睿至尊 7 265H是一款基于箭湖架构的移动高端 CPU,适用于大型笔记本电脑。它提供 16 个内核,包括 6 个主频高达 5.3 GHz 的快速性能内核(Lion Cove)和 8 个主频高达 4.5 GHz 的小型高效内核(Skymont),以及另外两个主频高达 2.5 GHz 的 "低功耗 "高效内核(Skymont)。CPU 可访问 24 MB 高速缓存,TDP 为 28 瓦(PL1,115 瓦 PL2)。

SoC 集成了一个名为 AI Boost 的小型专用 NPU,具有 13 个 TOPS (Int8),可选择支持 vPro Enterprise。集成内存控制器支持高达 192 GB LPDDR5/x-8400 或 DDR5-6400(双通道)。集成图形处理器(iGPU)是一块 英特尔 Arc 140T 图形卡它提供八个 Xe 内核,主频高达 2.3 GHz。

性能 - 高端

与 Arrow Lake-H 系列中最快的型号相比酷睿至尊 9 285H)相比,Core Ultra 7 仅因最大 Turbo 频率降低到 100 MHz 而略有降低。得益于内核(尤其是高效内核)IPC 的提升,该 CPU 应能达到旧款 猛禽湖酷睿 9 270H(6 + 8 核心,最高 5.8 / 4.1 GHz)的水平。这使得该 CPU 非常适合于高端游戏和内容创建等要求非常苛刻的任务。

芯片组设计

与台式机芯片和 HX 芯片一样,Arrow Lake-H 芯片也是基于单个芯片,这些芯片采用 Foveros 3D 封装,置于英特尔提供的 22 纳米基片上。CPU 部分来自台积电,采用现代 N3B(3 纳米)工艺。与 HX 一样,GPU 也在台积电生产,采用 N5P 工艺制造。SoC 和 I/O Tile 也来自台积电,但采用的是较早的 N6 工艺。
