Intel i7-11800H

英特尔酷睿i7-11800H是一款高端八核SoC,适用于游戏笔记本电脑和移动工作站。 属于老虎湖H45家族,2021年中期发表。 内置8个Willow Cove处理器核心(16个线程,Hyper-Threading)。 基本时钟速度因TDP设定而异,45W时为2.3GHz。 单核Boost最高可达4.6GHz,所有核心最高可达4.2GHz。 CPU提供24MB级3高速缓存,支持DDR4-3200内存。

新的Tiger Lake体系结构使i7-11800H与以前的英特尔酷睿i9-10875H(Comet Lake-H,2.3~5.1GHz,16MBL3)在单线程和多线程性能上与Ryzen 75800H(Zen 3,3.4-4)相似或更快。 因此,i7非常适合苛刻的工作。

此外,SoC还配备了32个与Iris XeiGPU类似的UHD显卡iGPU。

此外,Tiger Lake SoCs还增加了PCIe 4支持(H45系列20通道)、AI硬件加速、Thunderbolt 4/USB 4和Wi-Fi 6E部分集成到芯片中。

此芯片采用第二代 10nm Intel SuperFin 工艺,与 7nm TSMC(例如,Ryzen 4000 系列)相媲美。 默认TDP为2.3GHz基本速度45W,35W时基本时钟速度降至1.9GHz(cTDP下降)。
