AMD Ryzen AI 7 350

Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360是一款功能相对强大的 Strix Point 系列处理器,于 2024 年 10 月首次亮相。这款混合架构 APU 板载 8 个 CPU 内核(3 个 Zen 5 内核和 5 个 Zen 5c 内核的混合),运行频率为 2.0 至 5.0 GHz,同时配备 12 CU RDNA 3.5 Radeon 880M图形适配器和 50 TOPS XDNA 2 神经引擎。此外,还搭载了 AMD 安全处理器(简而言之就是内置 ARM 协处理器)以及 AMD-Vi 等其他一些高端功能。 其他主要功能包括 PCIe 4、USB 4 和最高 LPDDR5x-8000 内存支持,包括 ECC 内存。

架构和功能

Strix Point 系列 APU 采用 Zen 5 和 Zen 5c 微架构内核,分别位于两个独立的集群中,后者是前者的一个稍慢、更小、更节能的版本。Zen 5 和 Zen 5c 的区别之一是缓存大小;Zen 5 内核有更大的缓存。

无论如何,移动 Zen 5 的实现据说(ChipsAndCheese由于缓存大小不同、AVX-512 吞吐量的巨大差异和其他因素,移动 Zen 5 的实现更接近桌面 Zen 4,而不是桌面 Zen 5。

在其他方面,Ryzen AI 7 PRO 芯片支持 DDR5-5600 和 LPDDR5x-8000 内存,让系统设计人员分别在更低的延迟和更高的吞吐量之间做出选择。该芯片原生兼容 USB 4(因此也兼容 Thunderbolt)。它支持 PCIe 4.0,每通道吞吐量达 1.9 GB/s,就像其 8000 系列的前代产品一样。集成的 XDNA 2 NPU 比第一代 XDNA 复杂得多,可提供多达 50 个 INT8 TOPS,用于加速各种人工智能工作负载。

按照笔记本 CPU 的惯例,Ryzen 7 AI PRO 芯片是不可更换的,因为它会被永久焊接起来。

性能表现

我们预计这款 PRO 系列处理器的性能将比 10 核的 Ryzen AI 9 365芯片的 酷睿至尊 7 155U-多线程基准测试成绩。当然,这在很大程度上取决于功耗目标有多高,而不同设计的功耗目标可能大相径庭。

图形

显卡 Radeon 880M的直接继承者 780M.它的引擎盖下有几个不同之处,如更快的缓存;12 个 RDNA 3.5 架构 CUs/WGPs(768 个统一着色器)运行频率高达 2,900 MHz。在Once HumanThe First Descendant(1080p - Low)中,这款 AMD iGPU 的帧数都超过了 30 帧,其速度足以满足休闲游戏和竞技游戏的需求。

当然,Radeon 能够驱动四台 SUHD 4320p60 显示器。它还能高效地编码和解码最流行的视频编解码器,如 AVC、HEVC、VP9 和 AV1。与英特尔 Lunar Lake 芯片不同的是,它不支持最新加入的 VVC 编解码器。

功耗

360 的低 TDP 功耗目标应该是 28 W,笔记本电脑制造商可以将其功耗调高至 54 W。
