英特尔赛扬N5105是Jasper Lake系列的四核SoC，主要面向廉价台式机，2021年初发布。 4个Tremont CPU核心时钟为2~2.9GHz（单核突发），不支持Hyper线程化 (SMT)。 N5105 使用 1.5 MBL2 和 4 MBL3 高速缓存。 该芯片在英特尔以10nm（最有可能与冰湖相同）制造。
CPU体系结构
处理器体系结构称为 Tremont，与以前的 Golmont Plus 核心相比，它完全重新设计。 根据英特尔提供的信息，内核的单线程性能平均提高了30%，SPECint和SPECfp的所有测试都提高了10-80%。
特点
除四核CPU块外，SoC还内置了24个450-800MHz时钟的EU英特尔UHD图形GPU和LPDDR4(x)双通道内存控制器（最高16GB和2933MHz）。 此芯片还部分集成Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+)、8个PCIe 3.0通道、14个USB 2.0/3.2端口和2个SATA 6.0端口。 包装变大，尺寸为35×24mm（例如N5030为25×24mm）。 SoC直接焊接在主板(BGA)上，不易更换。
表演
新的CPU体系结构使N5105的性能比旧的奔腾N5030稍快一些。 但是奔腾N6000的时钟速度明显加快，gPU速度也加快。 但是，它仍然落后于老虎湖一代的现代核心处理器。 因此，CPU是办公室套装、以适度多任务处理浏览网页等基本任务。
耗电量
与前作相同，英特尔还指定了10瓦特的TDP（移动和低时钟N51006W）。 因此，理论上可以被动冷却芯片，但也可以使用带有风扇的SKU。
