Intel i7-1260U

英特尔酷睿 i7-1260U 是一款基于 Alder Lake 架构的移动 CPU,适用于轻薄型笔记本电脑。它于 2022 年初发布,提供 2 个高性能内核(P-cores,Golden Cove 架构)和 8 个高效内核(E-cores,Gracemont 架构)。P 核心支持超线程技术,与 E 核心结合可支持 12 个线程。高性能集群的时钟频率为 1.1 至 4.7 GHz,高效集群的时钟频率为 0.8 至 3.5 GHz。E 核心的性能应与旧版的 Skylake 核心类似(比较 酷睿 i7-6700HQ).所有内核均可使用多达 12 MB 三级缓存。1260U 提供"企业级 "vPro管理功能。与 P 系列(28 瓦)或 H 系列(45 瓦),甚至 15 瓦的 U 系列相比,9 瓦的 TDP 将限制其持续性能。

性能

与旧的 7 瓦 Comet Lake-Y 系列(如 i7-10510Y)相比,由于采用了 10 个核心和改进的 P 核心架构,性能应该会明显提高。与 15 瓦 U 系列(如类似规格的 酷睿 i7-1265U的持续性能将明显受到 9 瓦 TDP 的限制。一如既往,性能在很大程度上取决于散热解决方案,特别是对于无风扇笔记本电脑和平板电脑。

功能特点

集成内存控制器支持各种内存类型,最高可达 DDR5-4800、DDR4-3200、LPDDR5-5200 和 LPDDR4x-4267。线程指令(硬件)可支持操作系统决定在性能核心或高效核心上使用哪个线程,以获得最佳性能。对于人工智能任务,CPU 还集成了 GNA 3.0 和 DL Boost(通过 AVX2)。第 8 版的 Quick Sync 与 Rocket Lake CPU 相同,支持 MPEG-2、AVC、VC-1 解码、JPEG、VP8 解码、VP9、HEVC 和 AV1 硬件解码。CPU 仅支持 PCIe 4.0(一个 GPU x8,两个 SSD x4)。

集成显卡基于 Xe 架构,提供全部 96 个 EU(执行单元),工作频率高达 0.95 GHz。

功耗

这款第 12 代酷睿 i7 处理器的基本功耗为 9 W,英特尔建议的最大 Turbo 功耗为 29 W。它采用英特尔第二代 10 纳米制程,市场上称为英特尔 7,能效相当高。
