高通骁龙 X2 Elite Extreme X2E-94-100 是 2025 年 9 月推出的 X2 笔记本 SoC 中速度第二快的变体。该芯片集成了 18 个与 ARM 兼容的第三代 Oryon 内核,分为两个集群。其中,12 个快速主内核的主频高达 4.7 GHz(最高双核,所有内核的主频均为 4.4 GHz),6 个性能内核的主频高达 3.6 GHz。CPU 部分共可使用 53 MB 缓存。

该 SoC 还集成了主频为 1.85 GHz 的强大 X2-90 GPU、主频高达 80 TOPS (INT8) 的 NPU、带宽为 128 位和 152 GB/s 的 LPDDR5x-9523 内存控制器以及用于高达 3600 万像素双摄像头的 Spectra ISP。存储介质可通过 NVMe、PCIe 5.0、UFS 4.0、SD Express 和 SD 3.0 连接。芯片还支持 3x USB 4.0 端口。

CPU 性能是发布时最快的移动芯片之一(根据高通公司的基准测试)。本地基准测试与最快的移动 CPU(如 Apple M4 Max, 英特尔酷睿至尊 9 285HXAMD Ryzen 9 9955HX3D.不过,旧版和未优化的软件必须进行仿真,性能会有所降低。
