AMD Ryzen 5 5625U是一款基于Cezanne一代的轻薄型笔记本电脑的处理器。它是2022年初 "Barcelo "更新的一部分,与旧的Ryzen 5600U相比,它为CPU核心提供了100MHz的提升时钟。R5 5600U集成了基于Zen 3微架构的八个内核中的六个,是推出时第三快的U系列处理器。这些核心的时钟频率为2.3(保证基本时钟)至4.3 GHz(涡轮增压),支持SMT,共有12个线程。该芯片采用现代的7纳米TSMC工艺制造。

Ryzen 5 5625U的性能应该只略高于Ryzen 5600U,明显低于新的Ryzen 5 6600U(Zen 3+,4.5 GHz)。

除了六个CPU核心,该APU还集成了Radeon RX Vega 7集成显卡,有7个CU,频率高达1800 MHz。双通道内存控制器支持DDR4-3200和节能的LPDDR4-4266内存。此外,在该芯片上可以找到16MB的三级缓存(比4800U的8MB要多)。

该APU的TDP被指定为15瓦(默认),并可由笔记本电脑供应商配置为10至25瓦(大多数芯片的配置都高于15瓦)。这意味着该芯片是为轻薄的笔记本电脑准备的(但有风扇)。
