AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 395

AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 395是一款功能强大的 Strix Halo 系列处理器,于 2025 年 1 月首次亮相。该 APU 配备 16 个 Zen 5 CPU 内核,主频高达 5.1 GHz,拥有 40 CU RDNA 3+ Radeon 8060S 图形适配器和 50 TOPS XDNA 2 神经引擎。与非 PRO 芯片不同的是,该芯片采用了 AMD 安全处理器(封装内的 ARM 安全协处理器)、Windows 设备防护和 AMD-Vi。其他值得注意的功能包括 PCIe 4、USB 4 和 LPDDR5x-8000 内存支持以及大量 L3 高速缓存。

架构和功能

与 Strix Point 不同,Strix Halo 部分采用 Zen 5 核心--这里没有 Zen 5c。目前还不清楚这究竟是具有完整 AVX512 吞吐量的桌面版 Zen 5,还是移动版 Zen 5。根据 AMD 的说法,由于分支预测的改进和其他改进,Zen 5 的 IPC 比 Zen 4 提高了 16%。

在其他方面,AI Max+ PRO 芯片支持快至 LPDDR5x-8000 的内存,并与 USB 4(以及 Thunderbolt)原生兼容。它支持 PCIe 4.0,每个通道的吞吐量为 1.9 GB/s,就像其 8000 系列的前代产品一样。集成的 XDNA 2 NPU 可提供多达 50 个 INT8 TOPS,用于加速各种人工智能工作负载。

从泄露的信息中,我们得知 Ryzen 的 Geekbench 6.3 Multi 分数约为 20,700 分,这意味着它可以与 Ryzen 9 9900X 等非常强大的桌面 CPU 相媲美。

图形处理器

AI Max+ PRO 395 的功耗最高可达 120 W,具体取决于系统及其 TDP 功率目标,最低 TDP 为 45 W。
