Apple M1 Max

苹果M1 Max是苹果公司的一个片上系统(SoC),在2021年后期的MacBook Pro 14和16英寸机型中发现。它提供了芯片中可用的所有10个内核,分为8个性能内核(P内核,频率为600-3220 MHz)和两个节能内核(E内核,频率为600-2064 MHz)。单个核心或短时爆发期没有Turbo Boost。 这些内核与苹果M1的内核类似。

大核心(代号为Firestorm)提供192KB指令缓存、128KB数据缓存和24MB共享二级缓存(高于M1的12MB)。四个效率核心(代号Icestorm)要小得多,只提供128KB指令缓存、64KB数据缓存和4MB共享缓存。CPU和GPU都可以使用48MB的SLC(系统级缓存)。效率核心(E集群)的时钟频率为600-2064 MHz,性能核心(P集群)的时钟频率为600-3228 MHz。

芯片旁边的统一内存(32或64GB LPDDR5-6400)由一个512位内存控制器连接(200GB/s带宽),可供GPU和CPU使用。这是与M1 Pro的主要区别,而CPU的性能则相当相似。

与M1 Pro的最大区别是集成了更大的GPU,有24或32个内核(高于16个)。

此外,SoC集成了一个快速的16核神经引擎,一个安全飞地(例如用于加密),一个统一的内存架构,Thunderbolt 4控制器,一个ISP,以及媒体去除和编码器(包括两个ProRes引擎)。

M1 Pro在台积电以5纳米制造,集成了570亿个晶体管。该芯片的峰值功耗被宣传为CPU密集型任务的30W左右。
