Intel Ultra 5 225H

英特尔酷睿Ultra 5 235H是基于箭湖架构的移动高端CPU,适用于大型笔记本电脑。它提供 14 个内核,包括 4 个主频高达 4.9 GHz 的快速性能内核(Lion Cove)和 8 个主频高达 4.3 GHz 的小型高效内核(Skymont),以及另外两个主频高达 2.5 GHz 的 "低功耗 "高效内核(Skymont)。CPU 可访问 24 MB 高速缓存,TDP 为 28 瓦(PL1,115 瓦 PL2)。

SoC 集成了一个名为 AI Boost 的小型专用 NPU,具有 13 个 TOPS (Int8),可选择支持 vPro Essentials。集成内存控制器支持高达 192 GB LPDDR5/x-8400 或 DDR5-6400(双通道)。集成图形处理器(iGPU)是一块 英特尔 Arc 130T 图形卡提供八个 Xe 内核,主频高达 2.2 GHz。

性能 - 高端

与性能更强的型号(如顶级型号 酷睿至尊 9 285H)相比,由于缺少两个 P 核心。不过,得益于内核(尤其是高效内核)IPC 的提升,这款 CPU 应该能与前代 Raptor Lake 处理器相抗衡。因此,这款 CPU 也非常适合游戏和内容创建等要求苛刻的任务。

芯片组设计

与台式机芯片和 HX 芯片一样,Arrow Lake-H 芯片也是基于单个芯片,采用 Foveros 3D 封装,置于 22 纳米基片上。CPU 部分来自台积电,采用现代 N3B(3 纳米)工艺。与 HX 一样,GPU 也来自台积电,采用 N5P 工艺制造。SoC 和 I/O Tile 也来自台积电,但采用较早的 N6 工艺。
