Intel Ultra 9 285HX

英特尔酷睿至尊 9 285HX是一款基于箭湖架构的移动高端 CPU,适用于游戏笔记本电脑。它提供 24 个内核,包括 8 个主频高达 5.5 GHz 的高性能内核和 16 个主频高达 4.6 GHz 的高效能内核。CPU 可访问 40 MB 二级缓存和 36 MB 三级缓存,TDP 为 55 瓦。

SoC 集成了一个名为 AI Boost 的小型专用 NPU,具有 13 个 TOPS (Int8),可选择支持 vPro Enterprise。集成内存控制器支持高达 192 GB DDR5-6400(双通道,可选 ECC)。集成图形处理器(iGPU)是一个小型英特尔图形显卡,有四个 Xe 内核,运行频率为 300 - 2000 MHz。

性能 - 高端

Ultra 9 285HX 的性能应略低于同类产品 台式机酷睿超 9 285K(主频高达 5.7 GHz,TDP 为 125 瓦)。得益于内核(尤其是高效内核)IPC 的提升,该 CPU 的性能应该会超过旧版的 猛禽湖酷睿 i9-14900HX(8 + 16 核心,最高 5.8 / 4.1 GHz)。这使得该处理器非常适合于高端游戏和内容创建等要求苛刻的任务。

Arrow Lake-HX 芯片基于桌面级 Arrow Lake-S 芯片,由多个芯片组组成。CPU 部分由台积电采用现代 N3B(3 纳米)工艺制造,GPU 也由台积电采用 N5P 工艺制造。SoC 和 I/O 芯片采用台积电 N6 工艺制造。底层芯片由英特尔公司采用 22 纳米工艺制造,并通过 Fovero 的 3D 封装实现了单个芯片的封装。
