Intel Core 7 245HX
英特尔酷睿 7 245HX是一款基于箭湖架构的快速中端移动 CPU，适用于游戏笔记本电脑。它提供 20 个内核，包括 8 个快速性能内核中的 6 个，主频高达 5.1 GHz，以及 16 个效率较低的内核中的 8 个，主频高达 4.5 GHz。CPU 可访问 24 MB 二级缓存和 26 MB 三级缓存，TDP 为 55 瓦。与同类产品相比 酷睿至尊 5 245HX相比，酷睿 7 245HX 的 P 核心基本速度和 iGPU 提升时钟速度较慢，而且不支持 vPro 管理功能。
该 SoC 集成了一个名为 AI Boost 的小型专用 NPU，具有 13 TOPS (Int8)，可选择支持 vPro Enterprise。集成内存控制器最高支持 192 GB DDR5-6400（双通道，可选 ECC）。集成图形处理器（iGPU）是一款名为 Intel Graphics 的小型图形卡，提供四个 Xe 内核中的三个，频率为 300 - 1900 MHz。
性能--高端
得益于内核（尤其是高效内核）IPC 的提升，CPU 的性能应略高于或达到以下水平 猛禽湖酷睿 i9-14500HX(6 + 8 核，最高 5 / 3.5 GHz）的水平。这使得 CPU 非常适合高端游戏（2024 款游戏）和内容创建等要求苛刻的任务。CPU 性能应与旧版本的 酷睿至尊 5 245HX因为在典型负载下，P-cores 较慢的基本速度不会有太大影响。
生产--台积电和 Foveros
Arrow Lake-HX 芯片基于桌面级 Arrow Lake-S 芯片，由多个芯片组组成。CPU 部分由台积电采用现代 N3B（3 纳米）工艺制造，GPU 也由台积电采用 N5P 工艺制造。SoC 和 I/O 芯片采用台积电 N6 工艺制造。底层芯片由英特尔公司采用 22 纳米工艺制造，并通过 Fovero 的 3D 封装实现了单个芯片的封装。
