Intel Ultra 7 255U

英特尔酷睿至强 7 255U是 2025 年初推出的箭湖 U 系列中的一款中高端 CPU,拥有 12 个内核。 该芯片与流星湖 U 系列类似,但计算部分采用现代英特尔 3 处理器制造,因此时钟频率更高。

与前代产品一样,该 SoC 采用瓦片/芯片组设计。较小的计算芯片(与 H 处理器相比)提供 2 个性能内核(P 内核,Redwood Cove 架构,SMT)和 8 个效率内核(E 内核,Crestmont 架构)。P 核心支持超线程(因此可同时运行 14 个线程),主频高达 5.2 GHz。E 核心的时钟频率最高可达 4.2 GHz。此外,在低功耗岛上还增加了两个主频高达 2.4 GHz 的低功耗高效内核;因此,在空闲和执行简单任务时,可以完全关闭计算磁盘,以节省功耗。

性能

由于采用了更高的时钟频率,酷睿至尊 7 255U 可以明显区别于旧款顶级型号 酷睿至尊 7 165U(12 个内核,最高主频 4.9/3.8 GHz,12 MB 高速缓存)明显不同。旧版 酷睿至尊 7 155U由于时钟频率较低,落后得更远。

图形单元

酷睿至尊 7 155U 配备了基于 Arc 的全新 iGPU,名为 英特尔图形处理器和 64 个 EU,最高主频可达 2.1 GHz。不过,其性能远低于新的 弧形 iGPUH 系列中的新 Arc iGPU。

功能特点

Arrow Lake-U 集成了 WiFi 6E(可选 WiFi 7)。集成内存控制器现在支持 LPDDR5/x-8400 或 DDR5-6400(最大 128 GB)。现在使用专用 NPU(2x Gen3 神经计算引擎)。Xe 媒体引擎支持 MPEG-2、AVC、VC-1 解码、JPEG、VP8 解码、VP9、HEVC 和 AV1 解码,最高可达 8K 10 位 HDR。该芯片现在支持 PCIe-5.0(用于 GPU 的 x8)和 PCIe-4.0(用于 SSD 的三个 x12)。

功耗

英特尔酷睿至尊 7 255U 的指定 TDP 为 15 瓦(基本),最大涡轮增压功率为 57 瓦(PL2)。Meteor Lake 由五个独立芯片组成,其中处理器部分采用新的英特尔 3 工艺(5 纳米)制造。图形单元采用台积电的 N5 工艺制造,SoC 和 I/O 瓦片采用较早的 N6 工艺制造。然后,这 4 个芯片通过 Foveros 工艺应用于 22 纳米基片。
