AMDRyzen 7 7435H是一款面向游戏笔记本电脑的中端 CPU,配备 8 个 Zen 3+ 内核,没有 iGPU。与 Ryzen 7 7435HS不同,7435H 是一款面向中国市场的 CPU。因此,它应该完全符合中国政府批准的加密标准。

这款 16 线程 Rembrandt Refresh 系列处理器的主频为 3.1 GHz 至 4.5 GHz。

架构

Rembrandt 系列芯片采用 Zen 3+ (Zen 3 Plus)架构 CPU 内核和 RDNA 2 架构 iGPU;在 7435H 上,iGPU 似乎被永久禁用。

移动 Zen 3+ 采用台积电 6 纳米工艺制造,具有 Zen 3 和 Zen 2 所不具备的各种电源管理功能和改进,例如微软 Pluton 安全功能。不过,这里没有任何类型的 NPU。这些 APU 应该兼容 DDR5-4800 和 LPDDR5-6400 内存;但奇怪的是,官方的 7435H 产品页面上并没有提及对 LPDDR5 内存的支持。本机支持 PCIe 4,每通道速度高达 1.9 GB/s,其三级缓存为 16 MB,看起来非常健康。USB 4(和 Thunderbolt)应该也支持,但在官方产品页面上却没有提及,这表明该功能可能已被禁用,也许是为了安抚美国立法者,以进一步限制对中国的技术出口。

性能

考虑到不错的时钟速度,CPU 的运行速度应该与 Ryzen 7 6800HS在多线程工作负载中的速度应该与 Ryzen 7 6800HS 差不多,虽然远未达到破纪录的水平,但到 2024 年末仍不在话下。

功耗

虽然该芯片的长期 TDP 功耗目标应该在 35 W 至 54 W 之间,但考虑到 Ryzen 主要面向游戏系统,许多 OEM 可能会比这一目标更高一些。
