高通公司(Qualcomm)骁龙 X2 Elite X2E-90-100 是 2025 年 9 月推出的 X2 笔记本电脑 SoC 系列中速度第二快的型号。它提供全部 18 个 CPU 内核,分为 12 个主频高达 5 GHz 的主要内核(最高双核,所有内核均为 4.4 GHz)和 6 个主频高达 3.4 GHz 的性能内核。CPU 部分共可使用 53 MB 缓存。与速度更快的型号相比,X2E-90 只能提供一半的内存带宽。

该 SoC 还集成了主频为 1.7 GHz 的强大 X2-90 GPU、一个高达 85 TOPS (INT8) 的 NPU、带宽为 128 位和 152 GB/s 的 LPDDR5x-9523 内存控制器,以及用于高达 3600 万像素双摄像头的 Spectra ISP。存储介质可通过 NVMe、PCIe 5.0、UFS 4.0、SD Express 和 SD 3.0 连接。芯片还支持 3x USB 4.0 端口。

CPU 性能应该仅略逊于顶级型号 X2E-96-100(更高的主频内核),因此也属于 2025 年移动 CPU 的顶级水平。我们目前假设其性能与 英特尔酷睿至尊 7 265HX的性能相当。不过,这只适用于原生 ARM 版本的基准测试。旧版本和未经优化的软件运行速度明显较慢。

该 SoC 采用 N3X 和 N3P(通过Computerbase)在台积电(3 纳米)
