Intel Pentium 5405U

英特尔奔腾5405U是基于Whiskey-Lake架构的ULV(超低压)双核SoC,于2019年1月发布。该CPU通常装在超级本以及普通笔记本电脑内。除了两个主时钟频率为2.3 GHz的超线程CPU(无Turbo Boost)外,该芯片还集成了HD Graphics 610 GPU和双通道DDR4-2133 / DDR3L-1600内存控制器。 SoC是14纳米FinFET工艺(14nm ++)制造的。

架构

与Skylake相比,英特尔基本上使用相同的微体系架构·,因此每MHz性能没有差异。制造商仅对速度转换技术进行了重新设计,以实现电压和频率的更快动态调整,而经过改进的14纳米工艺可提供更高的频率和更高的效率。与Kaby-Lake Refresh相比,Whiskey Lake仅具有从14nm +到14nm ++的稍微改进的工艺。
