Intel Celeron N4505

英特尔赛扬N4500是Jasper Lake系列的双核SoC,主要面向价格低廉的小型台式机,于2021年初发布。 2个Tremont CPU核心时钟为2~2.9GHz(单核突发),不提供Hyper。线程化 (SMT)。 N4505 使用 1.5 MBL2 和 4 MBL3 高速缓存。 该芯片在英特尔以10nm(最有可能与冰湖相同)制造。

CPU体系结构

处理器体系结构称为 Tremont,与以前的 Golmont Plus 核心相比,它完全重新设计。 根据英特尔提供的信息,内核的单线程性能平均提高了30%,SPECint和SPECfp的所有测试都提高了10-80%。

特点

除了双核CPU块外,SoC还集成了450~750MHz时钟的16个EU英特尔UHD图形GPU和LPDDR4(x)双通道内存控制器(最高16GB和2933MHz)。 此芯片还部分集成Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+)、8个PCIe 3.0通道、14个USB 2.0/3.2端口和2个SATA 6.0端口。 包装变大,尺寸为35×24mm(例如N5030为25×24mm)。 SoC直接焊接在主板(BGA)上,不易更换。

表演

新的CPU体系结构使N4505的性能比旧的Celeron N4020双核稍快一些。 Celeron N5100内核增加了2个,速度非常快。 因此,CPU仅适用于办公服、简单的多任务Web浏览等基本任务。

耗电量

与前作相同,英特尔还指定了10瓦特(移动N45006W)的TDP。 因此,理论上可以被动冷却芯片,但也可以使用带有风扇的SKU。
