Intel i3-1000NG4

英特尔酷睿i3-1000NG4是一款基于笔记本电脑和超极本的高效节能双核SoC,基于2019年Mai(Computex)上发布的Ice -Lake-U一代。它集成了两个时钟频率为1.1(基本)-3.2 GHz(单核和双核Turbo)的Sunnycove处理器核心(由于HyperThreading而具有4个线程)。根据英特尔的说法,Sunnycove内核可实现18%的IPC(每个时钟指令)提升,因此CPU性能应与更高频率的Y型CPU(例如Core i5-8200Y(1.3-3.9 GHz))相似。

与普通的Core i3-1000G4相比,i3-1000NG4的包装尺寸更小(22 x 16.5和26.5 x 18.5 mm)。

Ice-Lake的最大改进是集成的Gen 11显卡,称为Iris Plus Graphics。Core i7-1030G4集成了较小的G4型号和时钟频率为300-900 MHz的64个CU中的48个。但是,在Y系列中,游戏性能将再次取决于冷却解决方案,并且可能会随着时间的推移而明显下降(与使用15至25瓦的Core i5-1035G4相比)。更快的显卡也是与名为Core i3-1000G1的同类产品的主要区别。

Ice Lake的其他改进包括AI硬件加速以及芯片中Thunderbolt和Wifi 6的部分集成。集成的DDR4内存控制器支持最高3200 MHz的模块(和LPDDDR4 3733)。

Core i3-1000NG4采用Intel全新的10nm工艺生产,应具有与TSMC 7nm工艺相当的性能。 TDP的额定功率为15瓦,因此该CPU可用于轻薄型笔记本电脑(但通常带有风扇)。英特尔为合作伙伴提供13-25瓦的可配置TDP,从而导致性能差异。配置13瓦后,CPU例如根据ark.intel.com,仅以900 MHz运行。
