拉斐尔系列仍然采用芯片组设计,两个 CCD 集群(每个集群有 8 个可能的核心)采用 5 纳米工艺,一个 IO-die(包括内存控制器和 Radeon Graphics iGPU)采用 6 纳米工艺。
