Intel Core i7-13700K
英特尔酷睿 i7-13700K 是一款基于当前 Raptor Lake 架构的高端 CPU,于 2022 年 9 月推出。基础主频为 3.4 GHz,在最佳条件下最高可达 5.4 GHz。总共 16 个核心分为 8 个 P 核心和 8 个 E 核心,这一点我们已经在 Alder Lake 架构中有所了解。不过,与英特尔酷睿 i7-12700K 相比,E 核心的数量增加了一倍,这意味着英特尔酷睿 i7-13700K 现在可以提供 24 个线程。与往常一样,K 型号继续提供可自由选择的倍频,从而简化了超频。此外,所有新的 Raptor Lake 处理器都可以在现有的 Socket 1700 主板上运行。
性能
与 英特尔酷睿 i7-12700K酷睿 i7-13700K 仍提供 8 个 P 核心,但 8 个额外的 E 核心可满足苛刻的应用需求。E 核心主要负责后台应用。混合架构依赖于英特尔线程指令(Thread Director),它负责任务的正确分配。与 Alder Lake 相比,E-cores 的数量增加了一倍,从而显著提高了多线程性能,并进一步提高了 IPC。如果满足所有要求,英特尔 Turbo Boost 3.0 可以将 P 核心的时钟频率提高到 5.4 GHz。E 核心也可以超频,最高频率可达 3.4 GHz。
集成显卡
与英特尔酷睿 i7-12700K 一样,英特尔酷睿 i7-13700K 也提供集成图形处理器(iGPU)。英特尔 Iris Xe 架构仍是其基础。不过,就性能而言,新的英特尔UHD Graphics 770 并没有太大变化。
功耗
英特尔酷睿 i7-13700K 的 TDP 值为 125 瓦,相当于 PL1 值。在提升模式下,处理器的性能最高可提升至 253 瓦(PL2)。不过,这需要良好的散热。如果在 BIOS 中停用所有限制,PL2 值将不受 Tau 值的限制。
