AMD Ryzen 5 9600X

Ryzen 5 9600X是花岗岩岭产品系列中的一款中端台式机 CPU,具有 6 个 Zen 5 内核(12 个线程),运行频率为 3.9 GHz 至 5.4 GHz,支持 PCIe 5 和基本 iGPU。 基本 iGPU.Ryzen 于 2024 年 6 月发布,预计 7 月份开始销售。

架构和功能

与 Strix Point APU 一样,Granite Ridge 处理器也采用了全新的 Zen 5 微架构。不过,这里没有高效内核;9600X 的所有内核都是完整的 Zen 5 内核。此外,Granite Ridge 采用多芯片设计,只有 CPU 内核采用相当先进的 4 纳米 TSMC 工艺制造。据我们所知,Strix Point 处理器是单芯片设计。

根据 AMD 的说法,由于分支预测的改进和其他改进,Zen 5 的 IPC 比 Zen 4 提高了 16%。

在其他方面,9600X 拥有 32 MB 三级缓存和 24 个直接 PCIe 5 通道(每通道吞吐量为 3.93 GB/s),根据主板的不同,最多可提供 12 个额外的 PCIe 4 通道。它支持速度高达 5600 MT/s 的 DDR5 内存,包括 ECC 内存--这也取决于主板。

9600X 已解锁超频。当然,AM5 插座 CPU 完全支持 Windows 11、64 位 Windows 10 以及许多 Linux 发行版。

性能

根据七月初的 泄露的信息9600X 的多线程性能与八核的 AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D芯片的多线程性能差不多,考虑到价格差异,这一点非常令人印象深刻。一旦我们拿到搭载 9600X 的系统,我们一定会及时更新本节内容。

图形性能

显卡 2 CU Radeon 图形处理器仅配备了 128 个统一着色器,运行频率高达 2,200 MHz。新的 RDNA 3+ 架构意味着这块小小的 iGPU 完全支持 DX12 Ultimate,光线追踪和其他现代技术也一应俱全;但 128 个着色器在 2024 年中期还不算什么,这意味着它的游戏性能会非常低。

尽管如此,Radeon Graphics 可以让用户同时使用 3 台(很可能是 4 台)SUHD 4320p 显示器,它还支持 AVC、HEVC、VP9 和 AV1 等流行视频编解码器的硬件编码和硬件解码。与 Lunar Lake 不同的是,它不支持 VVC。

功耗
