Intel Core m3-8100Y

英特尔酷睿m3-8100Y是一款非常高效的双核SoC,适用于基于Amber Lake世代的平板电脑和被动散热笔记本电脑,将于2018年8月前后发布。CPU由两个频率为1.1-3.4 GHz的处理器内核组成。借助超线程技术,处理器可以同时执行多达四个线程。这些芯片还包括Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU,双通道内存控制器(DDR3L / LPDDR3)以及VP9和H.265视频解码器和编码器。与Kaby Lake-Y的前代产品(例如Core m3-7Y32)相比,Amber Lake使用改进的14nm + FinFET工艺(非14nm ++)生产的相同架构,但在提高的TDP额定值下提供了更高的频率。

架构

英特尔基本上使用了Skylake / Kaby Lake世代的微架构,因此每兆赫性能是相同的。

性能

Y系列的性能在很大程度上取决于笔记本电脑/平板电脑的冷却解决方案和TDP设置的持续负载。因此,如果散热非常有限,Core m3和i7之间的差异可能会很小。但是,Amber Lake较高的Turbo时钟速度应可在短期带来非常好的单线程性能。

图形

集成的Intel HD Graphics 615 GPU与HD Graphics 515一样,具有24个执行单元(EU),并与该处理器结合以300至950 MHz的时钟频率运行。性能在很大程度上取决于TDP限制以及内存配置。在双通道模式下使用快速LPDDR3-1866 RAM,GPU有时应该能够与HD Graphics 520竞争,但在其他情况下也可能要慢得多。如果有的话,2016年的现代游戏将只能在最低设置下运行。

与Skylake相反,Kaby Lake和Amber Lake现在还支持具有10位色深的H.265 / HEVC Main10的硬件解码以及Google的VP9编解码器。

该芯片采用FinFET 14 nm +工艺制造。Y系列的典型TDP指定为5瓦(上一代产品为4.5瓦),并且可以根据使用情况在两个方向上进行调整。
