Intel i5-8250U

英特尔酷睿i5-8250U是基于Kaby Lake-Refresh一代的笔记本电脑和超级本的高能效四核SoC,于2017年8月宣布。与其前身的Core i5-7200U的双核不同, i7-8250U配备四个内核,但基频较低,为1.6 GHz。 Turbo Boost最高可达3.4 GHz,因此也可提供良好的短期单核速度。 GPU现在命名为Intel UHD Graphics 620,但与Intel HD Graphics 620完全相同。集成内存控制器支持DDR4-2400 / LPDDR3-2133和双通道内存。

架构

与Skylake相比,英特尔基本上使用相同的微架构,因此每MHz性能没有差别。制造商仅对速度转换技术进行了重新设计,以便更快地动态调整电压和时钟,改进的14nm工艺允许更高的频率,并且效率比以前更高。

性能

根据英特尔的说法,新的四核比其双核前代型号快40%。由于降低了TDP和相同的14nm +工艺,长期性能和节流行为将取决于笔记本电脑的设计。因此,在需要更长CPU负载的应用中,较旧的35瓦四核模具应该更快。

图形

集成的Intel UHD Graphics 620(Intel Gen 9.5)未受到第8代Kaby Lake芯片的影响。凭借快速双通道内存,它可以达到独显GeForce 920M的性能。

与Skylake相反,Kaby Lake现在还支持具有10位色深的H.265 / HEVC Main 10以及Google的VP9编解码器。 1月份宣布的双核Kaby Lake处理器也应该支持HDCP 2.2。

能耗

该芯片采用改进的14nm工艺制造,采用FinFET晶体管(14nm +),与第7代Kaby Lake处理器相同。英特尔仍指定15瓦的TDP,这是ULV芯片的典型特征。根据使用场景,TDP可在7.5(cTDP Down)和25 W之间变化。
