Intel i3-1005G1

英特尔酷睿i3-1005G1是一款基于笔记本电脑和超极本的高效节能双核SoC,基于2019年Mai(Computex)上发布的Ice -Lake-U一代。它集成了两个时钟频率为1.2(基本)-3.4 GHz(单核和双核Turbo)的Sunnycove处理器核心(由于HyperThreading而具有4个线程)。根据英特尔的说法,Sunnycove内核可实现多18%的IPC(每个时钟指令),因此CPU性能应与更高时钟的Whiskey Lake(例如,具有2.3-3.9 GHz的Core i3-8145U)或较早的Core i7- 7660U(2.5-4 GHz双核)相当。

Ice-Lake的最大改进是集成的Gen 11显卡,称为UHD Graphics G1。 Core i3-1005G1集成了最小的GPU,即UHD图形,具有64个CU中的32个以及300-900 MHz的频率。速度更快的型号提供更高的时钟速度(最高1100 MHz),并包括Iris Plus G4和G7。

Ice Lake的其他改进包括AI硬件加速以及芯片中Thunderbolt和Wifi 6的部分集成。集成的DDR4内存控制器支持最高3200 MHz的模块(和LPDDDR4 3733)。

Core i3-1005G1采用Intel全新的10nm工艺生产,应具有与TSMC 7nm工艺相当的性能。 TDP的额定功率为15瓦,因此该CPU可用于轻薄型笔记本电脑(但通常带有风扇)。英特尔为合作商提供13-25瓦的可配置TDP,从而导致性能差异。配置13瓦后,CPU例如根据ark.intel.com,它仅以900 MHz运行。
