对 SME2 的支持似乎表明，性能内核和效率内核都采用了大量定制的 ARM v9.4a 微架构。M4 配备了 16 GB 或 24 GB 的内置 LPDDR5X-7500 内存以及 Wi-Fi 6E 和 BT 5.3。板载 Thunderbolt 3 和 USB 4，还支持 DisplayPort。
