AMD Ryzen 5 5600G是一款Zen 3桌面APU，集成了Radeon显卡。Ryzen 5 5600G提供六个内核、12个线程和16MB L3缓存。该APU的基本时钟为3.9GHz，最高可提升至4.4GHz。AMD将Wraith Stealth冷却器与所有Ryzen 5 5600G单元捆绑在一起。
Ryzen 5 5600G针对的是尚未准备投资专用图形解决方案的游戏玩家和内容创作者。该APU集成了Radeon RX Vega 7 iGPU，提供七个计算单元（448个着色器），可提升至1900 GHz。RX Vega 7应该能够在1080p高设置下流畅地运行要求不高的游戏，如Fifa 22。其他游戏将需要降低分辨率和/或细节来实现可玩的帧率。Vega 7在与DDR4-3200等快速内存搭配时受益。
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G采用台积电7纳米工艺制造，默认的TDP为65W，该处理器已解锁，支持超频。与普通台式机的Ryzen 5600X不同，Ryzen 5600G只能支持PCIe Gen 3接口。
