AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D 是一款面向台式电脑的高端处理器，于 2026 年 1 月发布。它属于 Granite Ridge 系列，配备八个 Zen 5 核心，借助 SMT 可同时处理多达 16 个线程。基础频率为 4.7 GHz，最高加速频率可达 5.6 GHz。相比 Ryzen 7 9800X3D，其最高加速频率提高了 400 MHz。

与 9800X3D 一样，它采用 AMD 的 3D V-Cache 技术。在标准的 32 MB L3 缓存之外，额外增加了 64 MB 缓存，使 L3 缓存总容量达到 96 MB。此外还配备了 8 MB L2 缓存。底层架构与上一代相比保持不变。 

Ryzen 7 9850X3D 在游戏中尤为出色。在性能受限于 CPU 的设置下进行测试时，其平均表现领先 Ryzen 7 9800X3D 几个百分点，并显著领先于 Intel Core Ultra 9 285K。应用程序也受益于更高的时钟频率。与 9800X3D 相比，这款处理器取得了小幅领先。

CPU 芯粒由 TSMC 采用 4 nm 工艺制造，而独立的 I/O 芯片则采用 6 nm 工艺。该处理器采用 AM5 插槽，支持官方标称速率最高为 5,600 MT/s 的双通道 DDR5 内存，以及 PCIe 5.0。此外还集成了 Radeon 显卡，配备两个运行频率为 2.2 GHz 的计算单元。 

TDP 保持在 120 瓦不变，标准 PPT 限值为 162 瓦。
