Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 是一款面向智能手机的高端 SoC（片上系统），于 2026 年 9 月发布。它集成了八个第四代 Oryon 核心：两个主频最高可达 5 GHz 的 Prime 核心和六个主频最高可达 4 GHz 的 Performance 核心。所有 CPU 核心共享 16 MB 二级缓存，称为 Oryon FlexCache。

与 Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 相比，Qualcomm 承诺 CPU 性能提升 13 %。据称，视应用而定，能效最高可提升 37 %。

集成的 Adreno GPU 运行频率最高可达 1.45 GHz，并配备 18 MB 显存。据制造商称，图形性能提升了 44 %。与 Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 不同，Extreme 版本提供额外的矩阵计算单元，用于 AI 超分辨率和帧生成。

支持 LPDDR5X-10600、LPDDR6-10600 和 UFS 5.0 存储。集成的 X105 5G 调制解调器理论下载速度最高可达 14.8 Gbit/s，上传速度最高可达 4.2 Gbit/s。

Hexagon NPU 提供全新的元素加速器，专用内存比 Elite 版本多 50 %。Spectra 图像处理器支持最高 8K 60 fps 或 4K 240 fps 视频录制，以及 H.266/VVC。

该芯片采用 2 nm 工艺制造，推测为 TSMC 的 N2P 工艺。
