Qualcomm SD 8 Gen 3

高通公司骁龙8代3 (SM8650-AB)移动平台是一款高端SoC,适用于基于Android 的智能手机和平板电脑。

低温CPU基于ARM v9.2架构,由三个集群组成:第一个集群包括一个主频高达 3.3 GHz 的快速主核(ARM Cortex-X4)。第二个集群包括三个主频高达 3.2 GHz 的动力内核和两个主频高达 3.0 GHz 的附加内核(均为Cortex-A720)。高效集群由两个省电内核(Cortex-A520)组成,工作频率高达 2.3 GHz。SoC 采用集成的 Adreno 750进行图形加速。

骁龙8代2相比,高通公司承诺将 GPU 时钟频率提高 25%,同时功耗降低 25%。同样,CPU 的性能也被宣布提高了 30%,功耗降低了 20%。

机器学习(AI)也得到了特别关注。集成的 Hexagon NPU 比上一代产品快 98%,效率有望提高 40%。高通公司的人工智能引擎首次支持多模态生成式人工智能模型,包括LLM、LVM和ASR,可在SoC上直接处理多达10万亿个参数。据称,图像处理可在几分之一秒内完成。此外,骁龙 8 代 3 的 NPU 还支持 INT4 和 Meta Llama 2。

高通公司的相机功能品牌 Snapdragon Sight 也重新登场。除了超 HDR 外,照片还支持杜比 HDR。现在,照片可以通过生成式人工智能模型进行增强,视频魔力橡皮擦(ArcSoft)也可以去除视频中不需要的人和物体。此外,ISP 还能区分真实照片和人工智能生成的内容。这又是一个三重 ISP(图像信号处理器),可在 18 位和多达 12 层下工作。

集成的Snapdragon X75 Modem-RF 5G系统可同时传输 5G-mmWave 和 5G-Sub6 数据,下载数据速率可达 10 GBit/s,上传数据速率可达 3.5 GBit/s。此外,该调制解调器还能支持全球所有已知的5G频段。高通公司的 FastConnect 7800 再次负责本地通信,可处理带 LE 音频的蓝牙 5.4 和 Wi-Fi 7 等。

SoC 由台积电采用 4 纳米工艺制造。
