Intel Pentium 4417U

英特尔奔腾金牌处理器4417U是一款节能高效的双核SoC,适用于基于Kaby Lake Refresh一代(非Coffee Lake)的入门级笔记本电脑。它于2019年2月发布,并集成了两个大核(类似于Core i3,i5和i7 CPU),频率为2.3 GHz(固定,无Turbo Boost)。集成的图形卡名为Intel HD Graphics 610,提供12个EU,频率为300-950 MHz。与更快的i3和i5型号(DDR4-2133 / LPDDR3-1866 / DDR3L-1600)以及双通道内存相比,集成内存控制器支持的内存速度更低。

架构:

与Skylake相比,英特尔基本上使用相同的微体系结构,因此每频率性能没有差异。制造商仅对速度转换技术进行了重新设计,以实现电压和频率的更快动态调整,而经过改进的14纳米工艺可提供更高的频率和更高的效率。

性能:

在2.3 GHz的固定时频率下,双核CPU明显比具有Turbo Boost和高时钟速度的型号具有更高的单线程性能。但是,由于只有两个内核,因此多线程性能也受到限制。更快的Core i5-8250U提供了四个处理器内核,并且高速的睿频也提供了更好的性能。奔腾4417U仍可为日常任务和非苛刻应用提供足够的性能。

能耗:

该芯片最有可能采用FinFET工艺(14nm +)制造,与第七代Kaby Lake处理器相同。英特尔仍将TDP定为15瓦,这是ULV芯片的典型值。据英特尔称,将其配置为800 MHz时功耗为12.5瓦(降低cTDP),但会明显降低性能。
