Intel N5000

英特尔奔腾Silver N5000是主要用于廉价笔记本电脑的四核SoC,于2017年底发布。它的运行频率为1.1-2.7 GHz(单核突发,多核突发最大2.6 GHz),基于Gemini Lake平台。与Apollo Lake的前身类似,该芯片采用14nm工艺制造,采用FinFET,但处理器内核略有改进,L2缓存量增加一倍,封装尺寸更小,新一代监视器输出(Gen 10)和部分集成WiFi芯片。除了四个CPU内核外,该芯片还包括支持DirectX 12的GPU以及DDR4 / LPDDR4内存控制器(双通道,高达2400 MHz)。 SoC不可更换,因为它直接焊接到主板上。

架构

处理器架构略有改动,现在称为Goldmont Plus。它具有增加的2级缓存(至4 MB)。这意味着每时钟性能应该更好一些,但比不上Kaby Lake Y的CPU。

性能

得益于略微修改的CPU架构和200 MHz更高的升压时钟,奔腾Silver N5000的CPU性能略好于旧的Pentium N4200(1.1 - 2.5 GHz)。但与更昂贵的Core Y处理器相比,尤其是基于Gemini Lake的SoC的单线程性能要低得多。不过其仍然适用于办公等基本任务,对于多任务处理的网络浏览,性能应该没问题。

GPU性能

UHD Graphics 605(Gemini Lake)基于Intel的Gen9架构,支持DirectX 12,也用于Kaby Lake / Skylake / Apollo Lake图形适配器(如HD Graphics 520)。配备18个EU和高达750 MHz的时钟,性能应该与旧的HD Graphics 5300和HD Graphics 505(Apollo Lake)大致相当。

该芯片还包括一个先进的视频引擎,硬件支持播放VP9和H.265素材(8位色深)。

能耗

与前一代产品相似,英特尔指定TDP为6瓦(SDP 4.8瓦 场景设计功率)。因此,理论上可以对芯片进行被动散热,但也可以使用带风扇的SKU。
