英特尔奔腾 8500 是基于 Alder Lake 架构的入门级低功耗移动 CPU,适用于轻薄型笔记本电脑。它于 2022 年初发布,提供一个高性能核心(P 核心,Golden Cove 架构)和 4 个高效核心(E 核心,Gracemont 架构)。P 核心支持超线程技术,与 E 核心结合可支持 6 个线程。高性能集群的时钟频率范围为 1 至 4.4 GHz,高效集群的时钟频率范围为 0.7 至 3.3 GHz。E 核心的性能应与旧的 Skylake 核心类似(与酷睿 i7-6700HQ 相比 酷睿 i7-6700HQ).所有内核均可使用高达 8 MB 的 L3 高速缓存。与速度更快的 酷睿 i3-1210U奔腾少了一个 P 核心。

性能

得益于 5 个内核,多线程性能应明显快于 15 瓦的老式双核Tiger Lake CPU(如 英特尔酷睿 i3-1115G4).持续性能将受到 TDP 设置的限制(例如,与类似的 奔腾 8505(15 瓦)和热量的影响,因此只能实现短期负载。由于大型 Golden Cove 内核在架构上的改进,单线程性能应优于类似时钟频率的Tiger Lake CPU。

功能特点

集成内存控制器支持各种内存类型,最高可达 DDR5-4800、DDR4-3200、LPDDR5-5200 和 LPDDR4x-4267。线程指令(硬件)可支持操作系统决定在性能核心或高效核心上使用哪个线程,以获得最佳性能。对于人工智能任务,CPU 还集成了 GNA 3.0 和 DL Boost(通过 AVX2)。第 8 版的 Quick Sync 与 Rocket Lake CPU 相同,支持 MPEG-2、AVC、VC-1 解码、JPEG、VP8 解码、VP9、HEVC 和 AV1 硬件解码。CPU 仅支持 PCIe 4.0(一个 GPU x8,两个 SSD x4)。

集成图形适配器基于 Xe 架构,提供 96 个 EU(执行单元)中的 48 个,工作频率高达 0.8 GHz。

功耗

这款奔腾的基本功耗为 9 W,英特尔建议的最大 Turbo 功耗为 29 W。如此低的 TDP 值允许笔记本电脑、平板电脑和迷你电脑采用被动散热方式,只要性能不是最重要的。

该 CPU 采用英特尔第三代 10 纳米工艺制造,市场上称为英特尔 7,具有出色的能效(截至 2023 年初)。
