Intel 7Y30

英特尔酷睿m3-7Y30是基于对Kaby Lake架构的高能效平板电脑和被动冷却的笔记本双核处理器,在2016年8月底公布。该处理器提供两个主频为1.0-2.6GHz的处理核心(2核Turbo加速频率尚未公布)。由于支持超线程技术,这款处理器可以同时执行多达四个线程。该芯片还集成了英特尔高清显卡615,双通道内存控制器(DDR3L / LPDDR3)以及VP9和H.265视频解码编码器。它仍然采用14纳米FinFET工艺生产。

架构

英特尔基本上采用与Skylake处理器相同的架构设计,因此单位频率性能应该变化很小。只有Speed-Shift技术的电压和时钟速度的动态调整得到了改进,采用更成熟的14纳米工艺制造,使得它可以实现更高的频率和比以前更高的功效。

性能

由于英特尔停止了酷睿m5和m7系列的进一步开发,将它们并入更高的i5和i7系列,因此m3-7Y30是酷睿m系列的最后一个正式芯片。由于其较高的Turbo加速频率,7Y30有时可以达到接近15瓦处理器的短期高负荷和单线程性能表现,但在持续负载中时钟频率将明显下降。该处理器仍然适用于要求苛刻的应用以及多任务处理。由于功效提高,这颗处理器甚至优于上一代SKYLAKE微架构酷睿M5和M7处理器。

图形

这款处理器中集成的英特尔高清显卡615具备和前代高清显卡515一样的24个执行单元(EU),主频300到900MHz。它的性能很大程度上取决于热设计功率限制以及内存配置,使用高速双通道LPDDR3-1866内存,这块显卡在一些情况下可以与高清显卡520竞争,但也可能在其他情况下慢得多。2016年的最新游戏将只能在最低设置下运行。

与Skylake不同的是Kaby Lake现在支持硬件解码10 位色深的H.265/HEVC Main 10视频,同时支持谷歌VP9编码。

功耗

该芯片采用14纳米制程FinFET工艺制造,这进一步提高了它的能效。Y系列的芯片的常见热设计功率是4.5瓦,并且可以根据使用情况不同动态提高或降低。
