Core i3-L13G4是基于 Lakefield 体系结构的具有 5 个处理器内核的 SoC。 Sunny Cove核心（冰湖 CPU 已知，但不使用 AVX 512）1个，最高2.8GHz，4个小型 Tremont核心（Atom/Celeron）。 使用所有5个核心时，CPU最高可达1.3GHz，基本时钟速度为0.8GHz。 CPU不支持Hyper。线程/SMT（最多5个线程）。 其他SoC与冰湖芯片相似，例如48EU的Gen 11显卡（与Iris Plus G4相似，但时钟仅为500MHz，使用UHD显卡名称）。
与高速酷睿i5-L16G7相比，Turbo时钟速度（-9%）低200MHz，因此i3仍比旧酷睿i7-8500Y（琥珀湖-Y、2个核心、1.5-4.2GHz）领先。
