AMD Athlon Gold 20
AMD Athlon Gold 7220U是一款适用于 Mendocino 系列廉价笔记本电脑的移动处理器。它集成了两个较早的 Zen 2 内核（类似于 Ryzen 4000 系列）。CPU 内核频率从 2.4 GHz（基本频率）到 3.7 GHz（单核 Turbo）不等，可使用 4 MB 三级缓存。由于采用了 SMT/超线程技术，CPU 可以同时运行 4 个线程。集成内存控制器仅支持快速 LPDDR5 内存（最高 5500 MHz）。与更快的 Mendocino 型号（如 Ryzen 5 7520U相比，7220U 只提供两个内核，时钟速度也有所降低，因此 CPU 性能明显较低。
集成显卡Radeon 610M iGPU) 采用现代 RDNA 2 架构，但只有 2 个 CU（128 个着色器），时钟频率高达 1.9 GHz。
CPU 性能应该比最快的 Ryzen 双核 (Ryzen 3 3250U，2.6 - 3.5 GHz，Zen 1)，但明显落后于现代四核 CPU（在多线程测试中）。
Mendocino 系列采用台积电相对先进的 6 纳米 FinFET 工艺生产，应该能提供良好的能效。Athlon Gold 7220U 的额定 TDP 为 8-15 W，因此非常适合轻薄型笔记本电脑。
