AMD PRO A12-9830B

AMD的PRO A12-9830B是基于Bristol-Ridge APU（第七代）的主流笔记本处理器，发布于2016年中期。它是FX-9830P的商务版。A12-9830B / FX-9830P是Bristol Ridge系列中最快的45瓦APU，是Carrizo系列15-35瓦FX-8800P的后续型号。这块芯片搭配四个处理核心（2个Excavator模块 = 4个整数和2个浮点单元），一个Radeon R7显卡以及双通道DDR4-1866内存控制器。Carrizo是一个完整的系统芯片，还配备了一个集成芯片组，它提供了所有的输入输出端口。

架构

Bristol Ridge是Carrizo架构的继任者，它们的设计几乎相同。归功于优化的制造工艺和更主动的Boost加速，它的时钟频率在相同的功耗上略有提升。它的内存控制器现在也支持最高2400MHz的DDR4内存。更多的技术细节请见下列文章：

性能

由于运行于更高的频率，A12-9830B稍微领先于前代35瓦顶级型号FX-8800P，可以与英特尔入门级双核处理器（Skylake和Kaby Lake架构）竞争。相较于英特尔芯片，AMD芯片在多线程运算中稍占优势，但是只调用一或两个核心时则占下风。

这意味着对于常见的办公应用和上网浏览来说它的性能绰绰有余。

显卡

集成的Radeon R7（Bristol Ridge）显卡搭配512个激活的着色单元（8个计算核心），主频最高达900MHz（FX-9800P/A12-9800B为758 MHz）。由于更大的时钟频率范围以及更快的DDR4内存，这块显卡稍微领先于前代Radeon R7（Carrizo），在最好的情况下可以与GeForce 920MX竞争（双通道内存）。2015/2016年的许多游戏可以在低设置下顺利运行。

功耗

AMD为A12-9830B制定的热设计功率为25-45瓦，这与H系列英特尔四核处理器相当。这意味着这款APU适合至少15英寸或更大的较笨重笔记本电脑。
