技术

尽管其前一代产品在技术性能方面受到了一些批评（见文章"......见文章地平线禁西》则受到了更为积极的评价。

游戏再次需要在初始启动时编译着色器，这个过程需要的时间因系统而异。但除此之外，这次也没什么可抱怨的了--也许除了大约 123 GB 的巨大文件大小（下载约为 97 GB）。

由于可用设置数量庞大，这些选项被分为两个菜单，在游戏外也能方便地访问。首先，在 "显示 "选项卡中，您可以调整分辨率、显示模式和其他一系列设置，如升频方法（DLSS、FSR 和 XeSS）、抗锯齿（SMAA、TAA 和 DLAA）、Nvidia Reflex 和帧生成。

基准

与《地平线：零之黎明》不同，续作没有任何内置基准。因此，我们使用了游戏的开头，即女主角在迷人的奇幻世界中释放自己的时候，作为帧率测量的序列。我们让角色沿着确定的路径移动，同时用 CapFrameX 记录了约 20 秒钟的帧率。我们认为，《地平线禁忌之西》在 40 fps 或更高的帧数下运行良好。

全高清（1,920 x 1,080）

游戏对图形的要求既不低也不高。有了 iGPU，你必须将自己限制在中等分辨率和最低设置，因为即使是 AMD Radeon 780M和英特尔 Arc 8在 1080p 和低预设下也只能勉强达到 30 帧/秒。另一方面，中端 GPU，如 GeForce RTX 4050则可以在全高清和极高预设下运行游戏。
