Qualcomm SD 765

高通Snapdragon 765(SD765移动平台)是一种基于ARM的快速中型SoC,主要用于Android平板电脑和智能手机。它集成了八个内核(八核,称为Kryo 475),分为两个集群。一个快速性能集群包含两个频率分别高达2.3 GHz(原始核)和2.2 GHz(金核)的ARM Cortex-A76内核,以及一个具有六个最高1.8 GHz的小型ARM Cortex-A55内核的能效集群。根据工作负载,只有单个群集或所有内核可以以不同的频率运行。

与经过游戏优化的Snapdragon 765G相比,765在主核和较低时钟的GPU上提供了少了100 MHz的频率。

处理器性能与旧的Snapdragon 730G相当。得益于更高的频率,单核性能会稍微好一些。

该芯片是首批集成5G调制解调器的SoC之一。它称为Snapdragon X52,支持高达3.7 / 1.6 Mbps(向下和上载)以及mmWave和Sub-6的速度。

集成的Adreno 620的性能比768G中的同一个GPU低16.7%,并且还缺少一些软件游戏功能。

集成的AI引擎使用GPU,CPU和专用内核来达到理论上最高的性能。 5.5 TOPS(来自稍快的SD 768G的值)。

该处理器在三星采用7纳米EUV工艺制造。
