Mediatek Dimensity 8500

联发科技 Dimensity 8500 是一款基于 ARM 的智能手机 SoC(片上系统),采用 4 纳米工艺制造。就性能而言,该处理器属于高端产品,支持包括 5G SA 在内的所有现行移动通信标准。

联发科 Dimensity 8500 采用完全依赖性能内核的 "全大核心设计",拥有八个 ARM Cortex-A725 内核。其中一个 ARM Cortex-A725 内核的工作频率为 3.4 GHz,另外三个为 3.2 GHz,其余四个内核作为高能效性能内核,工作频率最高可达 2.2 GHz。

同时,ARM 内核依赖不同数量的二级缓存:1 个内核 1 MB,3 个内核 512 KB,4 个内核 256 KB。内存可使用 LPDDR5x-9600 RAM,内部存储器支持 UFS 4.0。

与前代产品联发科 Dimensity 8400 相比,联发科 Dimensity 8500 的 CPU 内核时钟频率更高,增加了一个 CPU 内核,并支持更快的内存。

联发科 NPU 880 用作 AI 芯片,支持混合精度 INT4 量化。

在连接方面,提供理论峰值下载速度高达 5.17 GBit/s 的双 5G,以及 WiFi 6E 和蓝牙 5.4。视频录制最高支持 4K 60 fps。

集成的 ARM Mali-G720 MC7 图形处理器可控制分辨率高达 2,960 x 1,440 像素(WQHD+)、刷新率高达 144 Hz 的显示器。
