Mediatek Dimensity 7025

Mediatek Dimensity 7020 是一款集成了 5G 调制解调器的快速中端 SoC。它包括两个主频高达 2.2 GHz 的快速 ARM Cortex-A78 内核和六个主频高达 2 GHz 的高能效 Cortex-A55 内核(异构多处理八核)。此外,该芯片还集成了 IMG BXM-8-256 GPU、Wi-Fi 5 调制解调器、LPDDR5/LPDDR4X 内存控制器、人工智能处理单元以及视频解码和编码。

5G 调制解调器支持 NR 2CC 和混合双工(TDD/FDD)以及双卡双待。下载速度可达 2.77 Gbit/s。

Dimensity 9307020 提供相同的规格,似乎是重新命名。

Dimensity 930 和 7020 采用现代 6 纳米工艺制造,应该非常省电。
