Google Tensor G3

Tensor G3 标志着谷歌基于Android 的第三代智能手机和平板电脑自有芯片组。这款 SoC 首次用于 Pixel 8 和 Pixel 8 Pro,谷歌将其视为高端设备。

Tensor G3 的 CPU 由三个集群组成。第一个集群包含一个功能强大的 Cortex-X3 内核,主频最高可达 2.91 GHz;第二个集群提供四个性能内核(Cortex-A715),主频最高可达 2.37 GHz;第三个集群有四个效率内核(Cortex-A510),主频最高可达 1.7 GHz。因此,CPU 的时钟频率并不特别高,纯 CPU 性能更接近于中高级 SoC 的水平。

一个 ARM Mali-G715作为图形处理器。谷歌没有透露具体的内核数量,但从基准测试和缺乏光线追踪功能的情况来看,应该是七内核版本(G715MP7)。

Tensor SoC 的核心是张量处理单元(TPU),它负责人工智能和 ML 任务。在这方面,谷歌也没有向公众提供更准确的信息,只是说在该设备上可以计算出 150 倍更复杂的人工智能模型。

此外,谷歌还集成了独立的安全核心子系统,它再次使用 Titan M2 协处理器,在硬件基础上为自己的数据提供额外保护。G5300i 调制解调器基于 Exynos 5300,支持 Wi-Fi 7。

Tensor G3 采用三星当前的 4 纳米工艺制造。
