Qualcomm SD 665

Qualcomm Snapdragon 665(SM6125)是一种基于ARM的高性能中端SoC,主要用于Android平板电脑和智能手机。它具有8个Kryo 260内核(定制设计, 64位),分为两个集群。一个具有最高2 GHz的四个核心的快速集群(Kryo 260 Gold-Cortex-A73衍生产品)和一个最高1.8 GHz的节能效率的集群(Kryo 260 Silver-Cortex A53衍生产品)。两个群集也可以一起使用。

除了8个CPU内核外,SoC还集成了中端Adreno 610 GPU和LPDDR4内存控制器(双通道),并支持Wi-Fi(802.11ac + MIMO,最大867 Mbps),蓝牙5和LTE( X12 LTE调制解调器,下载速度高达600 Mbps,上传速度高达150 Mbps)。

能量消耗

由于采用了新的11 nm LPP工艺,因此能效应该相当不错。
